Dr. Paul Conway

Lead Pastor

Dr. Paul Conway joined NECC as Lead Pastor in January 2016.  He is a graduate of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (MDiv) and George Fox University (DMin). Pastor Paul believes in developing leaders and servants. He believes everyone should find a need and meet it, find a hurt and heal it and find the joy of serving because once you do you will choose to never be served again. He is the husband of Diana, father to Ethan and Andrew, pastor, leader, academic, and semiotician.

Rev. David Munley has been a member since 2018 and in May 2024 joined NECC as an Executive and Leadership Pastor. Our Elders

Elders serve as the leaders, shepherds, and examples to our church community. They represent both men and women called by the Lord,
with proven character and commitment, to lead our local expression of Christ's body. We fully believe that both women and men are qualified for Eldership in the Church. Our official statement on Women in Ministry can be found here. You can also read some scholarship on the subject here.
