Our Leaders

Dr. Paul Conway

Lead Pastor

Dr. Paul Conway joined NECC as Lead Pastor in January 2016.  He is a graduate of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (MDiv) and George Fox University (DMin). Prior to pastoring with us, Paul was a professor of Bible and Practical Ministry at Northpoint Bible College. He spent a decade on the streets and projects of Providence, Rhode Island with Inner City Ministries and the church staff of North Providence Church. He later was invited to join the staff of Calvary Christian Church in Lynnfield MA.

Pastor Paul believes in developing leaders and servants. He believes everyone should find a need and meet it, find a hurt and heal it and find the joy of serving because once you do you will choose to never be served again. He is the husband of Diana, father to Ethan and Andrew, pastor, leader, academic, and semiotician.

With over 15 years of ministry experience as a church planter, lead pastor, and staff pastor, Josiah has devoted his life to expanding God's Kingdom, equipping Christ’s Church, and helping disciples become disciple-makers. His faithfulness and heart for people to know Jesus has shaped the life of Northeast Christian Church and been an inspiration to all who know him. He currently leads Jacob's Well, a ministry to the often overlooked and under resourced of our region.

Our Elders

Elders serve as the leaders, shepherds, and examples to our church community. They represent both men and women called by the Lord,
with proven character and commitment, to lead our local expression of Christ's body. We fully believe that both women and men are qualified for Eldership in the Church. Our official statement on Women in Ministry can be found here. You can also read some scholarship on the subject here.
